Pammy Brooks

Vice President, Human Resources
 

Pammy BrooksPammy Brooks is Vice President for Human Resources at 24/7 Real Media. As such she is responsible for Global HR Strategy and Administration including performance management, leadership development, recruitment, and employee relations.

 
Prior to 24/7, Pammy was Head of for Human Resources at Polo Ralph Lauren Media, The ecommerce division of Polo Ralph Lauren, which also encompassed their internal digital agency.
 
From 2004 to 2008, Pammy was Vice President of Human Resources for the Meredith Publishing Group and was responsible for managing overall HR strategy and administration for the Publishing Group for New York and Des Moines as well as supporting all geographic locations. Here, she provided strategic direction to senior management in number of key areas including organizational structure, integration of acquisition companies, executive professional development, performance management and training and development
 
Previously, Pammy was the Executive Director of Recruiting for all the Conde Nast Magazine Companies; including Conde Nast, The Golf Digest Companies, Fairchild Publishing, and Parade.
 
Pammy was also a partner with Ray & Berndtson, the sixth largest global search firm, based in the New York office and also a Principal with the firm Noredeman Grimm. During her time with both firms, she managed recruitment of publishers, editors and senior executive teams for major publishing companies and has also placed full management teams and key senior executives in multiple Internet start-ups.
 
Before her career in executive search, Pammy spent 12 years in the publishing industry, 10 with Time, Inc., where she held marketing roles, first with People Magazine and then with Sports Illustrated, and later with The Hearst Magazine Group where she was Promotion Director of Cosmopolitan.
 
Ms. Brooks has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bowdoin College.
