Jae Woo Chung serves as the President, Asia, overseeing all 24/7 Real Media’s operations in the region. Currently, Mr. Chung oversees 24/7 Real Media’s technology and media business lines in Korea, as well as strategic joint ventures operating in this region including, Dentsu search & link in Tokyo, dtsi in Korea, both with Dentsu, and most recently, China’s ITOP 24/7 digital network with OgilvyOne.

Mr. Chung established Real Media Korea in April 1998 and has been CEO of the entity ever since. Previous to his current role, Mr. Chung was the President of K.K. 24-7 Search, a joint venture with the largest agency in Japan. K.K. 24-7 Search provides Search Marketing Services in Japan utilizing 24/7 Real Media’s award winning proprietary search management technology, Decide DNA. In addition to his current responsibilities in Korea and Japan, Mr. Chung is also providing strategic guidance in the operations of 24/7 Real Media’s online advertising joint venture with OgilvyOne in China. ITOP 24/7 Beijing will leverage 24/7 Real Media’s Open AdStream ad management technology, enhanced specifically for the Chinese market.

Mr. Chung’s past leadership and technology experience has prepared him to lead 24/7 Real Media Asia with enormous enthusiasm and a vast array of knowledge. With a wide footprint in Korea, Japan and China, Mr. Chung has extensive responsibilities overseeing 24/7 Real Media businesses & strategic joint ventures in Asia.

Previously, Mr. Chung worked at the Chairman’s office in the LG Group, the Consulting Department of LG EDS, and in the Computer Department of Samsung Electronics. Prior to that, he was employed as a Director of the Production Department at Fukoku Korea for six years.

Mr. Chung holds an M.B.A. in Business Strategic Marketing from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan and a B.A. in Industrial Engineering from Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea. He also studied at the Kellogg Graduate School of Business at Northwestern University as an exchange student.
